I. Main Functions of Slant Bed CNC Lathe
 
This product is a kind of lathe which is semi-close loop control with two servo-drive connected directly. All the two axis are the sliding (hard) rail kind. The structure and dimension of axis are compact and reasonable. Spindle is gear transmission and variable-frequency variable-speed driven by variable frequency motor through belt which can clamping various plate, shaft, and component all at once. It can complete the processing of recessing, groove, inner (outer) hole, spherical, R cone angle, curved shape, cone shape, end face, and the single or multiple thread processing for the metric/inch threads. It is applicable for multi and mass production, and can meet the processing demands for complex and high precision parts.
 
 
II. Main Features for Slant Bed CNC Lathe

1. Construction casting molded with resin sand of bed, headstock, saddle plinth, etc.
2. Turcite-B coated on mating surfaces between saddle and guideways.
3. Precision ballscrew, high rigidity precision compound bearings ensure accurate positioning and efficient driving of cnc lathe. Centralized oil lubricator providing forced automatic lubrication onto ballscrew, mating surfaces.
4. High spindle speed with wide variable speed ranges. Low noise 80db, CKE-Z series cnc lathe machine adopting the smart automatic gear changing mechanism enables automatic speed changes among low, medium, high speed ranges without turning off the cnc lathe machine.
