The customs codes of the products involved were 29336960.15, 29336960.21 and 29336960.50. On May 10, 2005, the US Department of Commerce made an anti-dumping decision on the case. The final ruling determined that the dumping margins of Chinese companies involved ranged from 75.78% to 285.63%. On May 3, 2010, the US Department of Commerce conducted an anti-dumping sunset review of the case.
U.S. anti-dumping review of my trichloroisocyanuric acid
On August 9, 2010, the US International Trade Commission issued an announcement to conduct an anti-dumping fast sunset review of trichloroisocyanuric acid originating in China and Spain to determine a reasonable and predictable period after the cancellation of anti-dumping measures. Whether or not the substantive damage caused by the products involved in the U.S. domestic industry continues or reoccurs.
