3YK-1854 Inclined Vibrating Screen Working Principle:
When the vibrating screen is working, under the effect of vibrator, the screen box and screen cloth will move on a circular, oval, or linear motion, which will make the materials on the surface of screen disperse and move up and down. Thus, the fine particles can fall through the material layer and then are expelled from the sieve hole. And the bigger particles will continue to move forward under the effect of vibration.

Intelligent Pvc Oven
1. Controlled by the interface of the integrated machine. The operator can adjust the time according to the actual conditions and preheat in advance, easy to operate and the manpower is saved.
2. The upper temperature of the machine is heated by Energy-saving heating tube and the down temperature is heated by mental heating tube, the whole heating area is insulated with insulation cotton, which make the temperature not be lost easily, more energy-saving.
3. The frame adopts the square-pass profile welding structure and the sheet metal is painted. The mold cooling area is cooled by the water pump spray water circulation so the water will not splash into the product area.
