Lubricate the forklift bearings

Within two weeks after the start of use, the new forklift or the forklift after long-term cessation of work should lubricate the bearings that should be lubricated, and should be lubricated more than twice during lubrication and use the new oil to completely extrude the oil, and at the same time pay attention to the following point.

1. Before the lubrication, the dirt on the oil cap, grease plug and grease nipple should be removed to prevent the dirt from falling into the inside of the mechanism.

2. When using a grease gun to inject the lubricant, the components that are pressed into each part should be combined with the extrusion lubricant.

3. Seasonal lubricants should be replaced in summer or winter.
