First, the construction conditions

1. The surface temperature of the substrate during construction must be greater than the dew point temperature of 3 ° C, the relative humidity must be less than 60%, to avoid the appearance of water film on the metal surface;

2. It is recommended to carry out the construction at an ambient temperature of 15 ° C ~ 32 ° C. When the summer temperature is high, the curing time of the Sole material will accelerate; when the temperature is low in winter, the curing time of the material will be significantly slowed down, so please properly handle the operating ambient temperature.

2. Dispose of the parts of the desulfurization pump that have serious wear or defects.

1. According to the new equipment or drawings, determine the dimensions of the equipment that should be achieved after the repair; 2. Select the steel plate/reinforced steel that is homogenous or close to the equipment substrate, and weld the skeleton to the defect.

Third, the surface treatment of the repair part of the desulfurization pump

Proper surface treatment is the key to the successful application of Sorel wear-resistant repair products. The purpose of surface treatment:

1. Make the surface of the equipment to be repaired to a certain roughness, increase the adhesion of the silicon carbide wear-resistant coating material and the substrate; 2. Remove the rust layer, dust, dirt, oil, grease and moisture on the surface of the equipment to ensure The adhesion of the coating.

1. Sandblasted compressed air must be degreased, dry, and free of impurities. A water separator must be installed.

2. For areas where no coating is required, these areas must be properly protected with occluders prior to sand blasting;

(2) Surface cleaning

1. Remove surface grease and debris with acetone or degreasing cleaner;

2. After cleaning, purify with acetone to purify the acetone or cleaning agent.

1. Strictly mix according to the ratio of SD3000, mix well after mixing, the specific blending ratio and curing time refer to the product data sheet;

2. Use a brush to apply a thin layer of SD3000 primer to the surface to be applied. After the coating is completed, carry out the subsequent SD7400 coating construction within 1 hour.

1. Mix in strict accordance with the ratio of SD7400, until fully mixed. The specific blending ratio and curing time are referred to the product data sheet;

3. After mixing well, the material must be used up within 20 minutes, otherwise the material will become hard, which is not conducive to construction;

4. Using a plastic scraper, apply the mixed SD7400 to the surface of the ceramic primer and press it tightly (such as tamping with a rubber hammer);

5. Scratch the surface of the coating with a squeegee before the coating is initially solidified;

6. In a small space, the mixed small particles of silicon carbide can be directly pressed on the surface of the equipment to be constructed by wearing half finger rubber gloves;

7. When the temperature is low, the main agent of SD7400 can be preheated to 35 °C to reduce the viscosity and facilitate mixing and mixing.
