Application: The Z-type incline conveyor is ideal for handling a wide range of free-flowing products in the food, agriculture, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries. It is commonly used for snacks, frozen foods, vegetables, fruits, confectionery, chemicals, and other granular materials.


Features:

1. "Hooked" flights allow a 75-degree angle of feed to save space.



2. The conveyor body can be designed for full wash-down facilities, with integral side flights that flex around corners, eliminating the need for side guides during cleaning.

3. All parts are easy to disassemble and install. Belt material can be changed between PP, PVC, or PU based on your requirements.

4. The machine can function as a standalone conveyor or integrate with vibratory feeders and other packaging systems. It can be up to 6 meters long. Optional variable speed inverter control is available upon request.

Mud pump has a longer stroke and can be operated at a lower stroke, thus improved the water supplying perfor-mance effectively and extended the lifetime of expendable parts in the fluid end greatly.
The power end uses combined lubricating system of forced lubrication and splash lubrication. Reliable to lubricate and promote the service life of power end.
This series mud pump are strictly manufactured according to API Spec 7k "the Equipment Specification of Well Drilling and Repairing", and are tested accordingly when leave factory.

Features of drilling rig mud pump
1. The pump has features of advanced structure, small volume, reliable operation, easy maintenance.
2. The cylinder is made of alloy steel forgings, and the three cylinders of each pump are interchangeable.
3. In order to enhance its corrosion resistance, the cylinder surface is processed by chemical nickel plating.
4. The design of straight-through cylinder valve structure, reduced the volume of the hydraulic cylinder and increased the volumetric efficiency.
