4. Working Principle of Efficiency Mineral Rotary Magnetic Separator With Low Consumption
The pump sends the ore into the cell via the ore box using water flow. Magnetic particles form magnetic balls or links under the magnetic field. These magnetic balls are attracted to the drum as they move towards the magnetic pole. As the drum rotates, the gangue and non-magnetic particles fall off, while the magnetic balls remain on the drum surface, forming the desired concentrate. The concentrates then move to the weakest magnetic area and are discharged into the concentrate slot through water flow. Non-magnetic or weakly magnetic minerals are removed via the pump.
