Introduction

The Drum Magnetic Separator is designed specifically for black sand recovery in Dense Media Separation (DMS) plants. It efficiently recovers magnetic particles from dilute media at the highest possible density. This permanent drum magnetic separator consists of a stationary magnet arc with a rotating drum. The iron ore separation equipment is partially submerged in a tank that follows the drum's contour.

The Permanent Low Intensity Drum Magnets are wet-type separators with high magnetic fields, making them one of the most efficient magnetic separation devices for minerals. They are ideal for applications where strong magnetic force is required to separate fine magnetic materials.

Features

The magnetic system features a ring-shaped closed magnetic circuit with copper tubing coils cooled internally by water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel serve as the magnetic matrix. This design offers a short magnetic circuit, minimal flux leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance.

• Each unit is wrapped in aluminum foil and PVC film to prevent scratches.
• Wooden pallets and frames are used to secure the units during transport.
• Packing straps are used to fasten the pallets.
• Airbags are placed between pallets to avoid collisions.
