1. Energy-efficient:
Adopting American Gardner-Denver technology, the blower has a rotation speed of 3600 rpm. Faster rotation leads to greater centrifugal force, higher efficiency, and lower power consumption. Compared to root blowers, the energy consumption of multistage centrifugal blowers is 15-25% less under the same air capacity and pressure.
2. Non-bolt Installation:
Minimal vibration, bearing vibration is below 4 mm/s. This is the only non-bolt installation blower in China.
3. Customized High-Speed Efficient Broadband Motor:
Motor frequency ranges from 30-70 Hz, with a rotation speed of 4000 rpm. The motor bearings are Swedish SKF Bearings, and the main shaft is ceramic-plated to eliminate magnetism.
4. Monitoring Device:
The monitoring device real-time tracks electricity, voltage, rotation speed, vibration, and temperature. If the temperature or vibration exceeds the set range, it automatically cuts off power to protect the blower.
5. Air Cooling:
The bearings and oil tank are located on both ends of the blower, isolating heat from the rotors. A fan provides cooling, suitable for low-temperature environments and reducing operating costs.
6. Long Service Life:
The blower casing is made of HT250 cast iron, and the impeller is cast from aluminum alloy. The bearings use Swedish SKF bearings, giving the blower a service life of up to 10 years.
7. American Shell Lubricant:
The multistage centrifugal blower uses American Shell lubricant, which reduces bearing wear and lowers maintenance costs compared to grease.

1. The blower shell is made of high-quality cast iron. The pressure is adjusted by changing the number of impellers.

Rotor Device:
