One .Product Name and Applications
Type-HJX Sediment Sucker By Truss
    The Sucker is primarily used in water supply and sewage engineering to remove sediment from horizontal sedimentation tanks. Sediment can be removed by siphonage, pump, or a combination of both methods. The vacuum is created using a vacuum pump or through the water jet in a submersible pump, and sediment is discharged via siphon due to the difference in water levels between the tank and the sediment-discharge trough. Submersible pumps are directly used for sediment removal.

Two. Features
1. The decelerator and transmission device of the Sucker are connected via shaft or flanges, providing an elegant appearance and easy assembly or disassembly.
2. The driving wheel has an automatic deviation correction function, ensuring that the Sucker always runs along the track without deviating, even over long distances.
3. A backwash device can be added to the system to prevent sediment from clogging pipes.
4. With non-clogging submersible pumps, both siphonage and pump-based suckers start quickly, do not require a diversion device, and are easy to operate and maintain. Due to the unique connection between the submersible pump and the Sucker, the pump can be checked or replaced without stopping the entire system's discharge process.
5. PLC control can be implemented, allowing the Sucker to work continuously or semi-continuously as needed. The operation cycle of the Sucker can be controlled by time. It can also run automatically if sediment metering is used to determine the volume of sediment accumulated at the bottom of the tank.
6. A unique dirt discharge adjustment device can be attached to the suction pipe on the siphoned machine to adjust the amount of dirt discharged based on the concentration of the sediment, saving water.
