Scrap Copper Wire Recycling Line Processing Procedures:
  1. The process starts by feeding the copper wires into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh used in the sieve. Larger mesh sizes produce longer pieces and higher output, which should be adjusted based on the material type during production.
  2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is then transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this step, dust and light-weight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected using an air blower. These materials are filtered through a dust collection bag, preventing environmental pollution and ensuring clean air quality.
  3. The separator uses differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials to separate copper granules and plastic. By adjusting the conveying speed and vibration amplitude, heavier copper granules move downward, while lighter plastic particles move upward, allowing both to be discharged separately.
  4. All components are mounted on a base frame, forming a complete unit. Before shipping, the machine is fully assembled and tested, requiring only a power connection for immediate use.

Normally up to 10 hours per day.

We design a precise yet simple control system. For a single recycling machine, one worker is sufficient. For a complete line, two workers are needed.
