1. Pellets from In-House, Post-Industrial Recycling

On average, post-industrial waste accounts for 5% or more of the entire production line, making in-house recycling increasingly important. It significantly reduces the cost of purchasing raw or virgin materials. The plastic pellets produced from in-house waste are almost like new and can be reused to produce high-quality plastic products again.

2. Pellets from Post-Consumer Recycling

This two-stage plastic recycling granulator is also designed to handle washed, post-consumer, and used agricultural films. The cutter compactor generates frictional heat during the compacting process, helping to further dry and remove moisture from the washed film flakes (processed first by washing lines). The recycled pellets can be used in extrusion processes either as 100% material (such as garbage bags or LDPE pipes) or mixed with other materials to reduce raw material costs. The quality of the pellets can also be improved by direct dosing of masterbatch and additives.
