Introduction

      This circular rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision sieve filter machine that uses a vertical vibration motor as its source of vibration. It is widely used in industries requiring the screening and filtering of powders, particles, and liquids such as milk powder, flour, soybean powder, medicine powder, cosmetics, quicklime, juice, salt, sugar, and sewage.

Principle

      This circular vibrating screen uses a horizontal vibration motor or special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block on both their upper and lower sides. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the movement locus of the material on the screen can be changed, achieving suitable screening performance.

2. The movement locus and vibration amplitude are both adjustable, allowing for rough screening or fine filtration depending on the material application.

3. The screening machine ranges from 500 to 2000 mm in diameter, with a compact design. Wheels can be installed for easy mobility.

4. The screen frame is specially designed, allowing screen changes in just 5-10 minutes. The stainless steel wire woven net is easy to clean and operate, with a long lifespan.

5. A fully enclosed structure is used, minimizing particulate matter pollution in the air.

6. The discharge outlet can rotate 360 degrees, facilitating the installation of matching equipment.

7. The energy consumption is low, and noise levels can reach as low as 73-80 dB.

8. If a short circuit, phase loss, or unstable voltage occurs during operation, the motor will automatically cut off power to prevent damage.

9. The motor's protection grade complies with IP65, making it dustproof, waterproof, heat-resistant, and oil-resistant.
