Preparation of commissioning procedure

The basis for determining whether the system function of the whole machine is in good condition is to compile a reasonable program and run successfully. Some setting errors of winding parameters may cause system failure or some function invalidity. Sometimes, the fault shutdown caused by user program error can be checked by compiling trial operation procedure to correct the user program error to ensure its normal operation.

Use all adjustable parts well

For example, the adjustment of adjustable parts such as winding tension, screen voltage, starting position of line setting is easy to be simplified but effective in maintenance. By adjusting the adjustable parts, some harmless faults can be corrected. If a winding machine has been used for many years in an enterprise, the screen of its system display screen is dark and normal after regulating the screen power supply voltage.
