How much do you know about heavy truck tires? Truckmen come and watch

Tire is one of the most important components of a car. It directly contacts the road surface, and it bears the weight of the car. Together with the car suspension, it mitigates the impact on the car while it is traveling, and ensures that the car has good riding comfort and smooth running. At the same time ensure that the wheel and the road have good adhesion, in order to improve the car's dynamic nature, braking and passability; the role of the tire in the car more and more people's attention.

Tyres are so important. How heavy trucks choose when buying and installing tires. The tires are briefly described below:

First, the structure and characteristics of commonly used heavy truck tires

The commonly used heavy truck tires are mainly biased tires, radial tires, and tubeless tires (vacuum tires):

1, the structure of births:

Ordinary bias tires are pneumatic tires in which the cords of adjacent layers of the ply and buffer layers intersect and are aligned with the centerline of the tire at an angle of less than 90[deg.] (typically 52[deg.] to 54[deg.]).

2, radial tire structure:

The ply cords are aligned in the same direction as the meridional section of the tire. The arrangement of the cords enables the strength of the cords to be fully utilized. The number of plies of the radial tires (odd 1-5 layers) is generally reduced by about 40% to 50% compared with ordinary bias tires.

3, tubeless tire (vacuum tire) structure and characteristics

The tire itself has a tube structure and does not require a separate inner tube. This technology simplifies the parts and operations required to mount the tire on the rim.

Third, Shaanxi Steam Tips: The impact of tires on fuel consumption

1. The bigger the tread pattern, the greater the oil consumption;

2, the pattern is delicate, smooth, the narrower the tire, the lowest fuel consumption;

3. Insufficient tire pressure, the contact area between the tire and the ground increases, friction increases, and fuel consumption increases.

4, the greater the diameter of the tire, the greater the torque, the greater the power, high fuel consumption, running the process: walking the same mileage, the greater the diameter of the tire the smaller the number of revolutions, the more fuel-efficient.

AR Red Dot Sights

Quick target acquisition: Red dot sights allow for faster target acquisition compared to traditional iron sights. The illuminated reticle makes it easier to focus on the target and align the sight.

Parallax-free: Most red dot sights are designed to be parallax-free, meaning the point of aim remains consistent regardless of the shooter's eye position. This feature helps improve accuracy and reduces aiming errors.

Unlimited eye relief: Red dot sights provide unlimited eye relief, which means there is no specific distance the shooter's eye must be from the optic. This allows for more flexibility in shooting positions and makes it easier to use the sight in dynamic situations.

Improved low-light performance: The illuminated reticle in a Red Dot Sight can be adjusted for brightness, making it easier to aim in low-light conditions compared to iron sights.

Versatility: Red dot sights can be used with a variety of firearms, including AR-style rifles, shotguns, and handguns. This makes them versatile accessories for different shooting applications.
