The detection system consists of 7 sets of equipment, which can test 7 main projects such as 90° bending, 2D or 3D torsion and vertical torsion of industrial robot cables. At the same time, it can collect multi-channel detection signals for multiple industrial robot cable samples, real-time display. The number of reciprocating times and conduction conditions of the sample, and the rotation angle can be set arbitrarily, and the twisting and bending test can be performed for millions or even tens of millions of times to accurately detect the mechanical life of the robot cable and ensure the long-term use of the robot cable. It still maintains its good electrical and mechanical properties.
Experts agree that the system can meet the requirements of the Chinese Robot Industry Alliance standard and the German TÃœV Rheinland robot cable standard at the same time, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of detection and fills the domestic gap.
At the same time, the industrial robot cable torsion and bending test system will provide strong technical support for the improvement of the robot industry in Hebei Province. By carrying out advanced technical services such as equipment R&D, inspection and testing, and standard setting, the industrial transformation will be accelerated to improve quality and efficiency.
