He said that the 50%-owned engine plant jointly built by Foton and Cummins will be completed in August and will become the world's largest engine factory. The annual production capacity can reach 400,000 units. At that time, the Ouma Japan product with Cummins engine will be put into production and exported to high-end markets such as Japan.
