On the morning of the 16th, a collapsed building under construction in Jiaxing Port District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province caused 13 people to be buried.
According to the Jiaxing City Fire Department, the accident occurred at 10:24 on the 16th, and the accident site was located near the intersection of East and West Avenue and Pinghai Road in Jiaxing Port District.
