The CNC Engine Valve Cutting Machine is designed to precisely cut the stem of engine valves, ensuring accurate control over the overall length. It is suitable for a wide range of valve sizes, including stem diameters from 4.5 mm to 13 mm, head diameters from 17 mm to 65 mm, and lengths ranging from 70 mm to 220 mm. This machine integrates advanced technology to improve processing efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and lower production costs by enabling automated valve manufacturing lines.

Loading & Unloading Mechanism
1) Equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system.
2) The remaining operation should be performed simultaneously with grinding, except during loading and unloading.
3) The frame is adjustable to accommodate different valve sizes and is easy to modify.
4) The loading and unloading mechanism includes proper safety measures and does not interfere with the operator's ability to change fixtures or grinding wheels.
5) A water recovery device is installed at the blanking area to prevent fluid leakage.
6) If the loading and unloading mechanism fails or if there is no material on the frame, an alarm will sound and the cycle will stop automatically.

The standard capacity of the engine valve line is 3,500 to 4,000 pieces per 8 hours. With two shafts, it can produce up to 7,000 to 8,000 pieces per day, depending on the valve size.

Q: How many workers are needed for the entire process from raw material to finished valve?
We provide a complete engine valve production line, from raw material to finished product, along with technical support for valve manufacturing. With skilled operators, 15 to 20 people are sufficient for the line.

Q: How long is the delivery time?
Once an order is placed and a deposit is received, the delivery time is approximately 3 months.

Q: Do we need your personnel for installation, or can we do it ourselves?
The customer cannot install and commission the line themselves, but we will assist in the installation, with the associated costs covered by the customer.
