Loading & Unloading Mechanism
1) Equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanism.
2) The rest action should be performed simultaneously with grinding, except during loading and unloading.
3) The frame should be adjustable to accommodate different sizes of valves.
4) The loading and unloading mechanism must have proper protection and safety measures that do not interfere with the operator's ability to change fixtures or grinding wheels.
5) A water recovery device is installed at the blanking area to prevent fluid leakage.
6) If the loading/unloading mechanism fails or the frame is empty or full, an alarm will sound, and the cycle will stop automatically.
