It supports a wide range of valve dimensions, including stem diameters from 4.5 mm to 13 mm, head diameters from 17 mm to 65 mm, and lengths ranging from 70 mm to 220 mm. This advanced machine is continuously improved with the latest technologies in engine valve processing, enhancing productivity while reducing labor intensity and operational costs. Loading & Unloading Mechanism
1) Equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanism.
2) The rest action should be performed simultaneously with grinding, except during loading and unloading.
3) The frame should be adjustable to accommodate different sizes of valves.
4) The loading and unloading mechanism must have proper protection and safety measures that do not interfere with the operator's ability to change fixtures or grinding wheels.
5) A water recovery device is installed at the blanking area to prevent fluid leakage.
6) If the loading/unloading mechanism fails or the frame is empty or full, an alarm will sound, and the cycle will stop automatically.

The standard capacity is 3500–4000 pieces per 8 hours. With two shafts, it can reach 7000–8000 pieces per day. The actual capacity depends on the valve size.

Q: How many people are needed for the entire process from raw material to finished valve?
We provide a complete engine valve production line from raw material to finished product. With skilled staff, 15–20 workers are sufficient for this line.

Q: How long is the delivery time?
After receiving the deposit, the delivery time is approximately 3 months.

Q: Do we need your team for installation, or can we install it ourselves?
The customer cannot install and commission the line themselves, but we will assist with installation, and the cost will be covered by the customer.

What is CNC TURNING?
