EMS Box Alarm was activated for a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident (MVA) that resulted in a fatality at IL 38 and Fabyan Parkway in West Chicago on Friday evening, February 24, 2017. The incident involved multiple emergency response units, including fire and rescue crews working to free trapped individuals from the wreckage.
