According to the current management organization setup and business process requirements of China Ship Management Corporation, the ship management information system is divided into two versions, the agency version (ship management company) and the ship version, which are used for business management of the company and the ship respectively. The ship version is mainly based on technical management and safety control, focusing on the maintenance of ship equipment and various maintenance, inspection, inspection project arrangement and process control, equipment safety status monitoring and evaluation, ship navigation and equipment operation parameter registration, oil consumption management. According to the company's safety and quality system requirements, we will do all the work and provide the information and data needed for decision-making for the agency management system. The system adopts advanced management modes and business processes at home and abroad. The system interface is simple, easy to operate, easy to learn and use. The system adopts Chinese and English selection interface to meet the special inspection requirements of ship inspection, PSC, FSC, ISPS, etc., and the data entry is not affected by the language. You can select Chinese (simplified and traditional) or English as needed; the system is for users. There is no high demand for computer level and language level. Ship and shore data realize timing synchronization, resource sharing, small data communication volume, and low transmission cost. Shipshore data timing synchronization has a “no change and no transmission” mechanism, and has a high compression ratio (more than 90%) for data files. There are no special requirements for communication equipment and communication software. Currently, existing communication equipment and software on ships are available. Can meet the requirements. When designing the system, pay attention to the possibility of redevelopment and expansion for future application software upgrades or changes in the company's business processes. The system is equipped with various external interfaces, which facilitates data exchange and resource sharing with other management systems (shipping systems, personnel systems, financial systems) of the company; it also enables data exchange with suppliers and affiliated companies. The operating environment of the system is low, and the existing network, hardware and communication resources of the company and the ship can be utilized as much as possible, which is beneficial to reduce the initial cost of the system.
