Dongying dimethyl carbonate production plant completed

Dongying Haike Xinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. has successfully completed its 30,000-ton-per-year dimethyl carbonate (DMC) project, which is set to begin production shortly. This facility will be the largest single-unit DMC production plant in China, marking a significant milestone for the company. With this new capacity, the companyâ€™s total annual output of DMC will reach 50,000 tons, while its propylene glycol production will hit 40,000 tons per year. In addition to expanding its DMC production, Haike Xinyuan has also made progress in researching DMC as an additive for gasoline and diesel. The company has achieved notable breakthroughs in developing DMC as an anti-knocking agent for gasoline and an oxygenating agent for diesel. It has now developed preliminary technologies for promoting and applying DMC in these areas and has started small-scale trial sales to test market demand and performance. This development highlights the companyâ€™s growing expertise in green chemical applications and its commitment to innovation in sustainable fuel additives. Gearbox

The hard gear surface transmission device of SZ series manufactured srictly according to the standard of JB/ T9095.1- 1999 consists of reducer and distributor. It is the special-purpose product of the conical twin screw extruder. 1. The gear of the reducer is high strength alloy steel, carburizing steel. Processed by carburization, quenching and gear grinding, the gear can reach 6-grade.The gear enjoys both high hardness with HRC58-62 and low noise when operating. 2. The gearbox' s small cone angle of helical gear is made by high quality alloy steel. After grinding by CNC gear hobbing machine, the gear will be carburized, quenched to make sure high precision and hardness. 3. Ductile cast iron case and high strength aligning thrust roller bearings makes the item perform steadily and bear large axial thrust. 4.
