The intelligent microcomputer artificial climate room control system of the FPID control mode developed by the company has temperature control (hot and cold temperature control), humidity control (humidification and dehumidification), light control (with or without light) and time program control (temperature, Humidity and light switch by time program) and other functions.
The system is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the national industry standard JB/T6823-93 "Bioclimatic chamber technical conditions".
The temperature control of the system adopts FPID fuzzy control. It influences all the influencing factors of the temperature of the growth chamber, such as the ambient temperature, the setting temperature of the growth chamber, the light intensity, and the dehumidification status, to participate in the temperature adjustment of the FPID, so that the quality of the temperature control is almost perfect. This technology is at the leading domestic level.
The system's moisture control system also uses FPID fuzzy control. It not only performs bit PID control according to humidity deviation on the dehumidification and humidification, but also introduces the cooling status into the humidity control system and also introduces the relationship between humidification and dehumidification to the moisture control system.

The humidity system consists of a humidifier, a dehumidifier, a humidity sensor, and a control system. The humidifier adopts a high-power industrial ultrasonic humidifier with automatic water adding, automatic demineralized water, and a steam output of 3kg/h. The gas pipeline is connected to the chiller outlet by a PVC pipe of φ110mm. Then evenly blow to the entire room. The humidity transmitter uses a highly accurate capacitive humidity sensor. The dehumidifier consists of a compressor unit-cooler-heater in the temperature system of this solution. When the circulating air in the growth chamber passes through the cooling fan, the humidity in the air is removed, and the temperature is lowered. After heating by the heater, the temperature of the air is raised. Due to proper control, the temperature can be kept constant while dehumidifying.

The temperature system consists of a heater, a compressor unit, a cooling fan, a vertical air duct, a temperature sensor, and a control system. Compressor set adopts highly efficient French Miram MT36 (3 HP) fully enclosed compressors (including imported accessories). The chiller adopts a domestically-made 30m2 high efficiency and low noise cooler. The temperature sensor adopts imported (Ningbo assembly) KL type high precision thermistor, which has high precision and high reliability. The compressor assembly is mounted outdoors with a bracket and covered with a hood. The chiller is installed on the ceiling opposite the door. The inlet of the chiller is connected with the vertical air duct below it. The air inlet of the vertical air duct is on both sides of the bottom, as shown in Figure 2. The heater is installed in the air duct.
