Second, the construction steps:

6. After the cleaner is installed, the contact length of the cleaner and the conveyor belt in the direction of the drum axis should be greater than 85% of the bandwidth.

7. After the installation and fixing of the head drive, the storage bin and the intermediate transmission are completed, the dry running test should be carried out.

Fourth, security measures:

1. All construction personnel must carefully study this measure and sign it. It is strictly forbidden to drink before the class, keep the mind clear, and hold the certificate. Strictly follow the measures for construction.

2. Before the construction, the person in charge of the construction must check whether all the lifting tools such as the chain and the chain are in good condition and qualified.

3. Lifting equipment and heavy objects must comply with the following regulations:

1) Before using the chain to lift the equipment and heavy objects, the chain must be inspected. Check that all parts are complete, flexible and reliable, so that the small chain pawls and shields are complete. It is strictly forbidden to use a chain that cannot be self-locking.

5) When lifting equipment and heavy objects in the upper and lower mountains, there shall be no people underneath, and the personnel shall operate the reverse chain on the upper side of the heavy objects. And stop the transportation within the scope of the roadway hoisting.

6) When operating, the force of the reverse chain should be uniform, and the impact should be avoided as much as possible. Care should be taken when loosening the chain to prevent the chain lockout from failing, causing the equipment and heavy objects to suddenly sink.

4. When lifting, transporting or installing, it is strictly forbidden to damage the equipment. The wearing parts should be removed and kept safely.

5. The head and the position of the belt conveyor must be equipped with a protective cover for each rotating part. The moving part of the head of the belt machine must be equipped with a protective net.

6. Before the test, the installation quality should be thoroughly checked. The lubrication parts should be filled according to the regulations. The conveyor will remove any obstacles that hinder the operation of the equipment. Check whether the electrical system's joints and lines are correct and reliable, and whether all the protective equipments are in place. When the belt conveyor is in trial operation, the driver and the maintenance worker should carefully observe and check the surrounding safety facilities and protection devices, and assign a special person at the tail of the belt to monitor that no one is allowed to walk within the operating range during the trial operation. All the unrelated personnel along the way were evacuated from the scene. After all the inspections were completed, all the management personnel at each point were evacuated to a safe location. Before the operation, you should say hello and reply to everything. After the safety is confirmed, the driver confirms the signal and opens and stops the belt conveyor according to the prescribed signal. 12, test operation requirements:

1) Whether the direction of the drum is correct or normal.

7. Do not force overload to start.

8. It is strictly forbidden for the driver, maintenance workers and other personnel to adjust, repair, or exceed the safety distance when the belt is running.

9. Non-maintenance personnel are strictly forbidden to walk in the belt lane. When the staff passes through the belt lane, the clothing is neat and tidy, and the clothes buckles are all buckled. It is strictly forbidden to wear clothes buckles and clothes to be dragged; the miner's lamp head must be hung on the hook. The cable is stowed. No one can carry any flexible items such as wires or cables or steel objects longer than 200 mm.
