The crusher shall be tested on no-load, and the continuous operation shall not be less than 2~4h. The following requirements must be met: (1) The broken cone swings smoothly without significant vibration. (2) Bevel gears must not have periodic noise. (3) The lubrication system should meet the following requirements: the pressure of the oil supply pipe should be in the range of 0.8-1.5kg/cm 2 , and the return oil temperature should not exceed 50 °C. (4) After the no-load test, check that the friction parts of the main parts are not subject to wear. The load test of the crusher should not be less than 12~24 hours, and the following requirements must be met: (1) The rotation of the broken cone should be stable without significant vibration. (2) The crusher feeds mine and mines normally, and the product size is uniform. (3) The lubrication system is normal, the oil pressure of the oil supply pipe should be in the range of 0.8-1.5 kg/cm 2 , and the oil return temperature should not exceed 60 °C.
