Cyanidation test of a gold tailings dressing in Shandong

I. Introduction

The purpose of the experiment is to conduct a detailed ore dressing feasibility test on this high gold tailings to determine whether it has production value. A large number of flotation tests and cyanide leaching tests.

The effect of flotation with conventional medicaments is not good. The effect of TJ using new composite agents is obvious. The recovery rate of gold is generally 56%-57%, the grade of gold concentrate is 1.65-1.37g/t, the enrichment is relatively low, and the concentrate yield is 20.4-25.7%, the grade of the tailings Au of the ore by flotation is about 0.35g/t;

The leaching effect is good with conventional cyanidation. When the leaching time is 18h, the cyanidation recovery rate of the cyanide residue is 0.1g/t gold is 83.33%, which means that 0.5g gold can be collected per ton from the tailings. The benefits are considerable.

V. Cyanidation test

(1) Cyanidation conditions experiment 1, 2, 3

215g wet ore, the pH value of this ore is adjusted to about 12 with CaO (the pH value must be kept between 11.5-12.00 when leaching, the pH is stable). After half an hour of reaction, 2 g of sodium cyanide is added, respectively at 6h, 12h. Take a small sample and measure its sodium cyanide concentration for 6h: 28.6/million, 12h: 25.8/million. After 18h, the leaching test is finished. The final concentration and consumption of sodium cyanide are measured: concentration is 22.8/10,000, consumption is 3.72kg. /t.

(2) Cyanidation conditions experiment 4,5

244g wet ore, adjust the pH value of the ore sample to about 12 with CaO (pH value must be kept between 11.5-12.00 when leaching, pH is stable). After half an hour of reaction, add 2 g of sodium cyanide, take a small sample at 24h. Its sodium cyanide concentration: 25.8 / 10,000, sodium cyanide consumption 2.36kg / t. The leaching test was terminated after 30 h, and the final concentration and consumption of sodium cyanide were measured: 18.4/10,000, 4.55 kg/t.

Conclusion

(5) This experiment is only responsible for the sample, and all chemical element analysis is carried out at the Ludong Analysis Center. The process experiments performed are authentic and have reference value.
