The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) is a globally recognized professional organization that sets essential standards in the field of engineering. Among its many contributions, ASME develops codes and standards that are used worldwide, including the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), which is one of the most widely adopted engineering standards globally. This code serves as the benchmark for the design, construction, and maintenance of boilers and pressure vessels across all industries. Flyability is excited to be part of the Special Working Group (SWG) dedicated to developing guidelines for the safe and effective use of drones in industrial inspections.
