(I) Main work contents of the start-up phase of the project general contracting project The project start-up phase refers to the planning and preparation stage after the signing of the general contracting project. The main contents of the main contractor functional department at this stage are:
1. Set up the project department, appoint the project manager, and organize the project manager to prepare for the pre-entry.
2. The project manager is responsible for compiling the project plan, and organizes the project design manager, purchasing manager, construction manager, driving manager, project control manager, etc. to be responsible for the preparation of the department's work implementation plan.
3. Fully communicate with the main stakeholders of the project and establish a project management coordination procedure.
4. Prepare for the entry.
(II) Main work contents of the project general contracting project implementation phase The project general contracting project implementation process includes project design, procurement, construction, trial operation, etc. Each work has quality, schedule, cost, safety, contract, Information and risk management; they are completed by the project department design manager, purchasing manager, construction manager, and driving manager; and the project department control team is responsible for the project quality, schedule, cost, materials and implementation of the project general contract implementation phase. Safety work is implemented to ensure that the project is promoted efficiently, orderly and safely.
(III) Main work contents of the final stage of the project general contracting project The work in the final stage of the project general contracting project is mainly for the smooth handover of the contract project. The work at this stage can be divided into two parts. The former part is the completion of the project. The test (pre-test vehicle) is designed to obtain the “Completion Acceptance Certificate†and the project acceptance certificate issued by the owner. The work at this stage is mainly based on the general contractor and the project owner cooperates. The latter part is the test after completion of the project (commissioning test), the purpose is to check whether the production index of the project product can meet the contract requirements, and thus obtain the acceptance certificate of the contract issued by the owner. The work at this stage is based on the project owner and assisted by the general contractor.
