2 Measures to reduce the errors in metrological verification
(1) Strictly control the quality of the flow meter. Purchase from the standard factory and reject rejected products. Check whether the connection of the pulse sender is connected to some of them and whether the shielded wire is connected. When the temperature is changed by 1°C, the fault of the flowmeter is changed to 0.07; when the pressure is changed by 1MPa, the fault of the flowmeter is changed to 0.008, and therefore, the inspection is required. The unit being inspected will replace the general pressure gauge with a precision pressure gauge, replace the general alcohol thermometer with a standard mercury thermometer with a 0.1-degree graduation, and must not advance the temperature and pressure arbitrarily.
