Fire accident at Guomao Building, Baota District, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province

At 4:30 on the 22nd, a fire broke out in the Guomao Building in Baota District, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. Currently, it is fully fighting and personnel casualties are unknown.

After receiving reports from the people, the fire department of Baota District in Yanan City immediately rushed to the scene of the fire to carry out rescue work. At present, the personnel in the building have basically been evacuated. It is confirmed that a security guard was trapped in the building when evacuating the people. Yan'an City has launched an emergency plan for the city, organized safety supervision and the health department to carry out rescue of the wounded, and cut off peripheral power supply in a timely manner, closing the natural gas pipeline leading to Guomao Tower and surrounding areas to prevent the spread of fire and causing secondary disasters.

Local public security agencies have investigated the cause of the fire and the situation is being further verified.
