During this process, the investigation authority continued to identify China as a non-market economy country, used the actual payment price of similar products in the Indian market to calculate the normal value of the product under investigation, and finally concluded that the dumping margin of the investigated product from China on the Indian market was 10 %-20%, the damage range is 10%-20%.
